The QUIZICK Inter-School Quiz is a unique and exciting nationwide quiz competition, offering pupils the opportunity to shine at a high profile event. Our teamwork improves confidence and engenders a real sense of pride in children representing their school.
Types/Level of Quiz competition
- Sub Junior (up to grade 6th /age group up 11 years)
- Junior ( grade 7th to 8th /age group up 12-14 years)
- Senior ( grade 9th to 12th /age group above 14 years)

quiz process …
The quiz is hosted and managed by a professional Quizmaster and every event, from the first round to the final, is run in exactly the same way – spectacular and thrilling. Each team member uses hand-held answer selector and the entire game is projected to a huge screen, with fantastic graphics and sounds, making it thrilling for both the teams and audience, as well.
Schools submit teams of players who play in a thrilling one hour general knowledge quiz in front of an audience of their parents, teachers and friends.

Each team comprises of 4 players. The four team members should be chosen based on their ability within concerned subject matter.
Quiz format ....
The quiz lasts for one hour and comprises multiple choice questions covering a wide range of subjects and difficulty levels, with team members conferring on and playing every question. Points are awarded for correct answers, allowing players of all ages to participate fully and enthusiastically throughout the competition. Many questions include pictures, sound and audio clips – making the quiz really engrossing for the children.
The teams receive instant feedback on their answers, although no personal scores are shown, only those of the team as a whole. Our questions have been carefully thought through to ensure all teams are able to score points throughout the quiz, whilst still challenging the most able pupils, with the lead changing hands regularly leading to a nail-biting finish for both the competitors and audience!

Many schools who win, would like to see an article about their success in their local newspaper. We provide the winning school with a press pack, which has all the details of the included in a press release format and all they need to do is to include the names of the children representing their school, a photograph of their team and any of their own quotes or comments they wish to include and send the completed form into the their local paper, who will be able to put together a good article based on the information within the pack. |
